CANCELLATION POLICY LifeStream Wellness, LLC., requires an advanced notice of at least 24 hours for any appointment that needs to be cancelled. We are committed to providing exceptional care and service for each of our patients. Unfortunately, when a patient cancels either without giving a 24-hour notification or is a No-Show, this prevents another patient from receiving care. We acknowledge that emergency situations* arise, and whenever possible, we will work to reschedule your cancelled visit within the same week. If advanced notification is not given, or for a No-Show appointment, a late fee will be assessed for your scheduled time.
